TERMS OF SERVICE
By reading my Terms of Service, you have agreed to the terms and conditions of them. Additionally, if you are to break Terms of Service, you’ll be placed on the blacklist, effective immediately.

STANDARD TERMS
0.1 — Do not Watermark my art.
Designs are okay as long as my own watermark is on the design for crediting reasons. Toyhouse watermarking is also okay!0.2 — Commercial Use is not given by default.
Commercial use must be purchased for both art and designs. Banners, Profile Pictures, and Personal Apparel and Trinkets are fine. Things to make money off of, is not!COMMERCIAL USE ENTAILS OF :

↳ 2d PNG Models [ when I get there ! ]0.3 — Always Credit @kozykoopa on all platforms.0.4 — Uploading my art to NFT and/or AI site usage is an immediate blacklist.
I do not support NFT or AI Usage in any forms.0.5 — I forbid my work to be copied, traced, edited, or heavily referenced.
Alongside reposted on platforms not by myself. Additionally for editing, other users are not able to edit or adjust my art in anyway. If a change is needed, please contact.0.6 — I have all rights to decline a commission if I feel I cannot draw it or if I'm uncomfortable with the requested commission.0.7 — My turnaround time can vary.
Due to my current situation, my turnaround time has been bumped. Ranging from a week to a few months max.0.8 — When being processed during a commission, I will send over the sketch, and the line-art.
During both sketch and line-art phases, you’re able to request changes. During the color stage, this is applicable as well. Certain revisions may have a charge fee.0.9 — Any supporters of hate crime, anti LGBT, transphobia and homophobic and more, is not to receive any artwork from me. Alongside designs.

DESIGN TERMS
1.0 — Designs CANNOT be sold for higher worth.
Designs of mine cannot be sold for higher worth unless value has been added on via digital or physical goods.1.1 — When buying a design, you are required to have the design for a week at most.
My designs cannot be used for profit redistribution. Caught doing this will result in an immediate blacklist. Additionally, co-owns of my designs are perfectly fine, as long as they dont break my terms of service.1.2 — Redesigns are perfectly fine.
All I request is that I am credited as the original designer.1.3 — Please ask before using my designs for fusions.
This is required due to design theft.1.4 — Users on my blacklist are not to receive any of my designs.
Distribution of my designs to users on my blacklist will have yourself immediately blacklisted. Additionally, if making my designs private on Toyhouse, please keep me authorized to view them.1.5 — Refrain from imputing my designs to any systems that contain AI and/or NFT usage.
PAYMENT POLICY
1.6 — Refunds are only applicable under certain circumstances.
I haven’t started the commission yet, have come to an agreement about the refund, or I cannot complete said commission(s) anymore.1.7 — Payment Plans are available for purchases $50+.
Payment plans are discussed privately to align with comfortable payment arrangements.1.8 Holds are available for purchases $25+ for a week max.
Please ask when adding more hold time.1.9 — Payment Methods consists of PayPal, Cashapp, Venmo, Ko-Fi, and Stripe.2.0 — You are responsible for converting the amount from other currencies.
If found to send the wrong amount, I will communicate.2.1 — In regard to artwork or design changes, payment will be applied on finished pieces and designs.2.2 — I take payment upfront, and if requested, half and half payment.
BASE TERMS
2.3 — You cannot credit the art or the base as yours. It is not.
To credit me, @kozykoopa on all social medias.2.4 — Do not merge my TOS with yours.
These products are protected by my Terms of Service.2.5 — Do not distribute this base to users that haven’t purchased. I will keep a log.2.6 — Do not claim yourself as the base maker.2.6 — Do not use the bases with blacklisted users, or if a blacklisted user—use the base.2.7 — You can rearrange or remove the watermark but please make sure to credit me.2.8 — Do not use my bases for commercial uses.
Such as Merch Items or Clothing2.9 — Do not Frankenstein my base with others.3.0 — You are free to use these bases for personal designs, customs, adopts, and commissions in regard to customs.
Sometimes on certain bases they have YCH friendly rules! And sometimes they don’t so be careful of that !- DO NOT PROMOTE MY BASES WITH HOMOPHOBIA, XENOPHOBIA, RASCIM ETC !If you have any questions, please let me know!
